Biography
I live in a peaceful village just outside the beautiful city of Lincoln.
When in my studio I like to familiarise myself with my subjects character and personality.
Armed with this information I can then decide on how the finished image will develop.
A painting captures an expressive moment that no photograph could ever do.
Not only are you creating a realistic image of your subject but you are also injecting emotion into that subject by way you use colour, brush strokes and even the type of canvas you choose.
