Biography
My biography is shrinking throughout the years, because I have more to tell with colours than with words.
I am a painter, I am an artist, I am not a painting machine, making business and money repeating a successful process. I am genuine in what I do, in what I am even if it can be painful to take that path.
Art is my language, and so is Abstraction which slowly became my medium for sharing my mood and my
emotions. There are no limits, no boundaries with lines and
colours, with shapes and tonalities in the abstract world.
I refuse to get caught in a style, and to become a commercial
painter. I want to be out of my comfort zone, exploring,
experimenting, digging and entertaining an evolution . I want my painting to grow with me.
I don't paint any
human figures, because with what we are doing to our planet, I don't feel
like celebrating the humans through my artwork, I prefer celebrating
nature which is striving for its survival.
Today, I am a painter influenced by many artists of all sort, such as
Rothko, Kandinsky, Monet, The Nabis, The Fauve,Tom Thomson, Odilon Redon that I
adore...
