Cat contacted me by text very quickly and offered to deliver in person as I live only a few miles from her. We arranged a mutually convenient time and she brought it over as agreed. Cat also refunded the postage and packing charges. I had seen the painting earlier that day as she was exhibiting at a local art trail. The painting was in a frame and I said I would prefer it unframed. Cat remembered this and delivered it unframed even though I forgot to remind her. She was very helpful. Best of all, I now possess a beautiful and interesting piece of art.
