About Carol Wood

  • Biography
My artwork is semi abstract, often incorporating and inspired by the natural forms of nebula clouds, flowers, trees and ethereal landscapes.  In my recent piece I experiment with the flowing forms of nature, yet as always inspired by my native Yorkshire Landscape.  These flowing abstract forms are becoming the main focus of my creativity alongside my textured floral pieces.
I love to experiment with different textural techniques within my work to add depth and interest - and I use these techniques in most of my floral and landscapes pieces.
All my artwork is original and I use the finest quality acrylics and quality canvases.  I  take commissions both private and corporate and can work to your specific size requirement and colour scheme, should you require a bespoke piece of art.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like further details about my artwork, or a quote for a commissioned piece.  Thank you again for looking
