I received my artwork A day before expected, so I was delighted. It arrived particularly well packaged, protected with stiff cardboard, and waterproof outer layer. Very happy with my purchase, and the service.

Nice picture, but wasn’t listed accurately- said it was framed, which it wasn’t - was just canvas. Also it was packed well enough to handle the flight from Spain to USA, so the corners arrived pretty beaten up.

I made a simple error in one detail when filling in the description form for the artwork in question, for which I apologised and offered a discount. All of the other customer reviews are positive, and some of them specifically complement the quality of the packaging. I have over 30 years of experience so clearly know how to package a piece of art to ensure that it arrives in optimum condition. However, if it was deliberately mishandled after being opened for inspection by Customs or during a quarantine check (rigorous at the current time) I am unable to say, and likewise I cannot prove if this is a case of the old ruse: reporting an item as damaged on arrival with a view to obtaining a discount.
