About Albina Bunina

I've been drawing all my life. I drew always and everywhere, but I would never have thought of it. that it would be my life's work. In 2010, I graduated from the Institute of decorative and applied arts with a degree in Graphic design and illustration in Saint Petersburg. I worked with a major book publisher for a while, then went into advertising. Sitting in the office of an advertising Agency, I mentally created amazing worlds on canvases. There were hundreds of ideas in my head that needed to come out. Six years ago, after giving birth to a child, I left advertising and took up painting. All these years, the theme of botany and the tropics is the main thing in my work. I paint pictures of human feelings, experiences, and fears, and all this is expressed through images of plants. I paint pictures about the connection between man and nature, about the fragility of man and plant, about the fact that man is only a part of the vast world. I raise a child and draw daily. I want to say that a woman can realize herself in motherhood and creativity well because all this is part of a large creative world. Today, my paintings are sold, in demand, and are in the collections of people all over the world. It means I'm going the right way!
