A little disappointed to find that the colours in the painting are not as bright as I thought they were. The dappled sunlight appeared to be more sparkling and golden in the illustration. Have bought paintings from Art-finder before and found them true to depiction. As an artist myself( now semi retired) I felt it would be an insult to Ben to return what is ,a very well executed painting.

Hello, So sorry you're disappointed in the actual painting. I try to render the online image as closely to the original as possible but that is often difficult given the differences in monitor settings and whether the monitor colors are calibrated. I'd be happy to return all or part of your purchase price, if you feel unhappy with the painting. Knowing that you are not completely happy with your selection is disappointing to me. Lovely picture, wish I'd paid more attention to the import taxes! Turned out to be very expensive. Postage and import tax cost me as much as the picture Sadly I won't be buying art from the US again.

I would love to purchase a larger Ben Jurevicius painting but the budget won't quite stretch. However this little oil painting does not disappoint. The light in it is incredible, and it has a beautiful tranquil quality, much needed during these times. It arrived very promptly and well packaged.
