  • Biography

    Nikolay Dmitriev is a Member of International Association of Art, the second generation artist.

    Nikolay's creative activity is devoted to studying nature. That is why his favorite kind of painting is plein-air painting. There are a lot of beautiful states of nature that are very inspiring. Nikolay also likes painting flowers, especially lilacs.

    "I remember when I was a boy, I was walking with my parents and saw the most beautiful sunset. At that very moment I sensed a fine interconnection with nature. I understood that it wasn't enough for me just to see it. I came home and depicted that sunset by memory trying to express my sensations to the utmost".
