About Mel Graham

  • Biography

Mel Graham is a professional artist with a unique and contemporary style that touches the soul.  Her endless landscapes, dramatic seascapes, and sweeping skyscapes focus on the sheer and raw beauty of space and nature.  Her major love of vibrant colours and vivid knife or brush strokes, are illustrated on the canvas by hues chosen entirely by mood. She is deeply inspired by the sea, and wild weather. Mel works on artist quality canvas', and the paints are deeply textured and high grade.

Mel Graham studied at Nottingham University BA (Hons) and Cardiff University MSc (Econ), and has travelled widely at home and abroad.  Her studio is located in Nottingham, UK, with viewings by appointment.  Her work is held in private collections worldwide from the Falkland Islands to New Zealand, Canada to India.
