About Manjiri Kanvinde

It's all about color for me! I am a full time artist following my passion for creating colorful paintings. To me art is the result of my journey into self discovery. It is a path which I have chosen to express my love for nature and all the beautiful things in my surrounding.
 
My travel and the opportunity to live in many countries including UK, USA, India and Singapore have been my inspiration.  I like to paint vibrant, colorful artwork and also to experiment with new techniques. Some of my achievements include-
1.Title: Romance in the Rain.This painting was selected by American Musician Frank Bango as cover image for his music album "Touchy Feely" released in New York (2012). 
2. Title: Manthan. Medium: Acrylic on Paper
This landscape painting was selected by the United Nations to be displayed in EXPO Milan 2015. Out of more than 1000 entries only 60 were selected. I was fortunate to have my painting selected.
3. Title- Cats in the Wild. Medium: Acrylic on canvas
This painting was selected in a Juried Exhibition in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and was displayed in the Art Bloom Exhibition, USA (2010). It was subsequently sold. To be chosen from more that 250 entries was a big confidence booster. It gave me the courage to start selling my work and I have not looked back since.
4. Indian Talent Magazine had published my interview in their magazine in 2014.
5. High testimonial for artwork sold in many countries including USA, UK, Singapore and India with repeat clients.
