About Arseny Blinov

I  like experimentation and eclecticism. I work in an expressive manner, using a pallet knife, aerosol spray, in addition to a brush. Sometimes i paint with his fingers, or simply splatters paint on the surface from cans or tubes. Often i leave parts of the canvas untouched, or with traces of under-paint and drawings, as well as drops of paint. I also like to combine acrylic painting with chalk, sanguine and alike materials. In my experiments, i also use the latest digital technologies. Besides abstract art i often turn my creative eye to the human body. My compositions are full of expressive dynamics and are very detailed and multi-layered, though i consciously strive for lightness and unfinished touch similar to a sketch.
