Life has been quite difficult recently, but one day I heard birds singing, looked up at the sky and sang ‘It’s great to be alive!’ That’s exactly what Andrea’s piece sings to me every time I look at it. It’s beautifully and delicately made, and so expressive. Andrea’s communication, packaging, dispatch etc was excellent— the only holdup was apparently for a few days at customs which is probably to be expected since Brexit.

Communication and response time was extremely impressive. However there were some issues with delivery/packing. It took several attempts to get the sculpture delivered undamaged. Saying that I don't know who was ultimately responsible for the damage and I would without hesitation buy again from Andreadi again. Excellent service and product!

A disappointing piece. I don't blame anybody but myself. I did not appreciate just how small it was. I really don't see the point of a piece this small and I was disappointed in the quality of the figure.

Dear Richard, I am sorry you did not find my sculpture to your liking, but I fail to understand your review ratings, and find them quite unfair and degrading for me as an artist. As you said, the description was exact and it was not at fault concerning the item, but rather your understanding of it. Also, you have rated our communication badly, despite my constant updates and my offer to take back this sculpture that you found so wanting and to refund your money. I am sorry to say, I find your contact malicious and in bad taste.
