Biography

Angela Amaba is a London based textile and fine artist. Born and raised in a small village in the Philippines, the ancient traditions of making things by hand were apart of everyday life. At the forefront of her work is the idea to be as conscious as possible. Fabrics are collected, manipulated, distressed and transformed into individual pieces of art that decode its original DNA.
