The project wants to transcend the institutionalized borders of art confined in museums and galleries, to return it to its original source, its spaces for creation and authentic dissemination.

That is why the place in this case is the houses of the artists themselves and the path that separates and unites these places, the neighborhood's own vital rhythm. Also, some art centers lend their space to artists who do not have a space in the area.

By accessing the workshops and houses where the artists make and experience their productions, the viewer has the opportunity to get to know the work from the observation of it, from the understanding of the place where it arises, from the possibility of engaging in a dialogue with the creator himself and finally reflect for himself what he sees, without mediation or disciplinary instructions.

An imaginary that is enriched by living with multicultural environments, architectures, natures and disparate societies.

The tour reflects her commitment to artistic and spatial freedom that is manifested in an intrapersonal visitor experience.

Art merges with the activity of the hotel, adding an invisible and incalculable value to the spaces of the Hotel Miguel Ángel, which hides in its interior a perfect garden-terrace to rest the emotions that the pieces can evoke.

MONDO GALERIA presents "Navigator" by Ángel. A special exhibition of the artist in which he turns to photography to denote a ridiculous gesture based on capturing in it an object that by its nature is opposed to the medium. The self-portrait has always been considered the artistic genre par excellence, since the human face is one of the main objects of study in art. There are many artists who have portrayed themselves throughout history, in order to endure in time or as an infinite reflection of their state of mind. In homage to this genre, the Espacio Pepa Jordana inaugurates a collective exhibition called 'Without trap nor cardboard', in which 14 artists will present their most personal self-portrait proposals. The original thing about this exhibition is that none of the authors will know the work of the rest until the day of the installation, where they will be able to see the works of their colleagues.

"An eclectic selection of works bringing together ideas from the past, present and future"

Collage allows us to investigate boundaries through varying mediums and ideas, exploring and combining new and existing formulas with ones not yet forgotten. The assemblage of recycled, found objects and varying materials fuse together to form outcomes that are forever interrupting our landscape, provoking ambiguity and diverting our way of seeing.

To complement Tate Britain's Kurt Schwitter's exhibition, 'Schwitters in Britain', Nancy Victor is holding an exhibition exploring the work of mixed media artists working in the 21st century. Through an open call for entries, 24 artists all working with collage and mixed media have been selected to take part in this two week exhibition. The selected artists draw themes upon the environment, landscape, culture, fiction, identity, history, space and much more.
