About Andrey Zotov

Hello. I am an artist from Kyrgyzstan, Andrey Zotov. I have a professional artistic education. The place of my studies is Bishkek and St. Petersburg. My style is realism and impressionism. I have been doing creative work regularly for about 15 years. I draw what I see, perceiving the world around me as a source of inspiration and knowledge. I transform a variety of moments of life - an unusual tree, a majestic mountain landscape, a cityscape, beautiful flowers, household items or fruits - into a new colorful image. One of my favorite genres is a portrait. Each season of the year, autumn, summer or spring gives birth to its own unique colors, which I hasten to transfer to the canvas as soon as possible. The main technique in which I work is oil painting. But I also do graphics. I paint with watercolors and gouache, draw with pastels and other graphic materials. The sizes of my paintings depend on the plot and the time I have to work. They can be small or large. In my city, I have repeatedly participated in collective exhibitions of artists and made personal exhibitions.
