About Andrew Lennon
Biography
Andrew W. Lennon was
born on August 29, 1975 in Lakewood, NJ. The artistic process began for him in
New York City where the rich culture helped cultivate his creative
sensibilities. His unique style of modern abstract expressionism allows viewers
to fully submerge themselves in a painting. It is art about art and the
subject is often a line, movement or mass. What he looks to create is an
emotional response from strong composition and design. His preferred medium is
acrylic on canvas.
Andrew currently works in the Wynwood Arts
District, Miami and often draws inspiration from Florida’s tropical landscapes,
nature, the ocean and sky. His work has been exhibited at the Las Olas Art
Center, Modern Living and House of Art located in Fort Lauderdale, and several
galleries throughout the east coast.
