  • Biography
    Andrei Kriukov is an established Russian-Spanish artist, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia and a founder of the Escuela de Bellas Artes at Costa Blanca, Spain. Andrei was born in 1963 in the Russian historical town of Nizhny Novgorod. Andrei received primary art education at the Korsakov College of Art (1979), graduated from the Art School of The City of Irkutsk (1983) and studied at the Central Experimental Studio of the USSR («Design School») in Moscow. In 1996 Andrei was accepted as a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Andrei’s works were regularly exhibited in Switzerland, Germany, France, Holland and Italy since 1986. For fifteen consecutive years Andrei participated in the annual traveling creative seminars in the workshop of Jan Mendert Edzes with a subsequent exhibition of works at Sellingen, Holland. Andrei’s paintings are in private collections in 17 countries of the world. Andrei shares his time between Russia and Spain and alongside his career as an exhibiting artist, he has founded an art school in the town of Torrevieja in Spain where he instructs local children in painting, drawing, composition, and ceramics.

Biography
