Biography
Andranik Harutyunyan, born on May 30, 1990, in Ashtarak, Armenia, is a contemporary Armenian artist recognized for his innovative approach to painting and graphic arts. His early interest in art led him to attend the local art school in Ashtarak from 1998 to 2003. Harutyunyan went on to study at the State College of Fine Arts after P. Terlemezyan, where he pursued painting from 2006 to 2011. Furthering his expertise, he graduated from the Faculty of Art Graphics at the Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts in 2016.
Harutyunyan’s work is characterized by modern perspectives and fresh approaches to traditional art forms. Actively involved in Armenia’s art community, he has participated in numerous group exhibitions, showcasing his evolving style and technical skill. His artwork has reached audiences beyond Armenia, finding a place in private collections both locally and internationally. Through his dedication to creative exploration and his contribution to contemporary Armenian art, Andranik Harutyunyan has established himself as a promising artist with a unique voice in today’s art scene.
