About Anahit Mirijanyan

Anahit Mirijanyan, born in 1952 in Yerevan, Armenia, is a celebrated Armenian artist recognized for her unique style and vibrant color palette. With over 25 years dedicated to painting, she has cultivated a distinctive voice in the Armenian art scene. Mirijanyan received her formal art education under the mentorship of Melik Khazaryan, where she developed her foundational skills in painting.

In addition to her fine art practice, Mirijanyan worked as an artist in animation at the renowned Sahakyants Studio, known for its significant contributions to Armenian animation. Her experience in animation has influenced her dynamic use of color and composition. Today, she operates her own studio, where she continues to create works that are uniquely her own, distinguished by bold colors and a compelling personal style.
