I really love the painting that I purchased from Amanda Lakin. Because of President's Day, the painting arrived 5 days later than the expected delivery date. The painting was wrapped in bubble wrap and some other kind of fabric that looked like white insulation was over the bubble wrap. Again, I love the painting. A little bit of communication from the seller would have been nice. I received no " Thank you for your order" or " your order is a little delayed"

Thank you for leaving a review, I’m glad you liked your painting. I apologise for its late arrival, unfortunately I wasn’t aware of Presidents’ Day and that it would cause a hold up in your postal service., but thank you so much for pointing this out ,I shall make a note of it in case a similar situation arises again. I would have notified you of the delay if I had been aware. I always find that several layers of packaging material are best when posting to the US as previously I have had an issue with damage caused in transit. I don’t think you can have too much really when a painting is going such a long way. I’m glad he arrived safe and sound ! Many thanks, Best wishes, Amanda

It was a great experience commissioning Amanda to create a very special painting for me to give my fiancé on our wedding day. She has done such a fabulous job! I commissioned a portrait of a dearly departed dog (Skye) to gift my aunts for Christmas. Amanda was always very prompt at responding to messages and her overall service was excellent. She completed the piece and dispatched it without delay. Everyone who knew Skye looks at that painting and says that it is truly her, Amanda perfectly captured our Skye and it feels like she's with us again. Thanks again, it truly made the first Christmas without her a lot better. Now to find the perfect place to put it...
