About Alžběta Müller
Biography
I live as a freelance artist in Munich, Germany and come from the Czech Republic. I completed my studies at a graphic school in Prague.
The focus of my work is portraits and figurative painting. My theme is man as an individual, in search of his own identity. I am most fascinated by large-format portrait painting, the face with its expression and charisma and the exploration of the self. For me, the realistic depiction of the person's exterior is not in the foreground, but the look inside.
I regularly present my paintings at exhibitions at home and abroad. The times of closed galleries and museums showed me how important it is to show art online and give people access to art.
