About Alisa Diakova

  • Biography
Alisa Diakova  is a professional artist.
She was born into a creative family and has many years of art education under her belt! Her first exhibition took place when she was 5 years old!
For a long time the main theme in her art was botany, she is a member of the Association of Artists of Botanical Art of Russia.
But now she explores the theme of spirituality and faith in the modern world.
The artist reveals her ideas through the theme that is most vividly manifested in the lives of all people - it is food.
On the canvases you can see the serving of dinner, breakfast or a picnic in nature.
But everything is not as it seems! After all, behind it lies a deep meaning that brings a person back to the moment, brings him closer to himself and his soul. The realisation that only being in a human body one can feel, hear, contemplate, touch - all this reminds one of the value of life!
The series of works "A Taste for Life" was born when the artist went through a long transformational journey in her work and realised that it is the joyful moments associated with the everyday miracle of life that make our lives truly whole.

Alisa's paintings are in private collections in Russia, USA, Europe, Mexico and the UK.
