Lovely picture. Arrived safely, well packaged. My only criticism is that the colours in the picture on the site are not accurate. Looks like there are beige tones on the photo but it is actually much more of a sky blue. Still like it but have had to change all my soft furnishings to try to incorporate the sky blue colour. Makes me feel less confident of buying online.

Dear Claire, Thank you for your purchase and feedback. I am sorry that you had to change your furnishings. The painting was professionally scanned in order to reproduce the colours as accurately as possible. Sometimes the slight difference is due to the device we are looking at the pictures, some screens sometimes show them with brighter colours. It is also the nature of paintings that different tones appear stronger or more subtle, depending on the light and the surrounding colours in the room it has been hung (what colour the room is painted and the varying strength of the natural light). Alessandra completed the commission as agreed but, sadly, the paintings do not suit the space they were intended for and I have no use for them. Communication was initially excellent but I would have welcomed the opportunity to comment on the commission as it progressed and enquired about this but got no reply. Communication improved again in the later stages when there was a slight delay to delivery, which Alessandra responded to very promptly and efficiently.

Dear Ian, I am truly sorry to hear that the paintings do not suit the space. The size was decided on the information you helpfully gave me (85cm height x 35cm wide). Then we chose 80cm height x 30cm wide as the margin around was enough to fit the wall. I would be very happy to help you with this and help rectify the situation. I can only apologise that I missed one of your later messages before I sent the photo of the finished piece. I pride myself on excellent and prompt communication, especially if I am painting a specific commission. Kind regards Alessandra
