This piece was listed as an "Oil painting" which is a highly misleading description at best. While communication, delivery and packaging all worked flawlessly, I was very disappointed that I basically only received a print-out with just a few drops of actual paint scattered across the canvass. It does not look like a painting at all, and I could not hang it as planned. Depending on Artfinder's response, I will stop buying at Artfinder and will definitely not recommend but rather warn people to buy art from this website.

Hi Matthias, I apologize for this situation. In the original artwork description, which you can review here: https://www.artfinder.com/product/bauhaus-lines, it was clearly stated that it was a hand-embellished print on canvas, created using both oil and acrylics. I understand this might be a bit confusing, but currently, I only sell my original paintings and no longer offer hand-embellished giclée prints. I sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. What a wonderful artist! I love the two paintings I purchased. Abstract art is my favorite and these pieces speak to me. I’m very happy to have them in my home.

These pieces of art look much more alive in person. The colors are beautifully balanced and the abstract form is excellent. The paintings arrived promptly and well packaged.
