Biography
Welcome to my Art Gallery! I am UK based artist who specialises in cityscape and landscape palette knife paintings. I love vibrant colours, bold textures and my favourite medium is acrylic. I am a self taught artist originally from Poland. I am taking my inspiration from the beautiful places I have visited or would love to visit and interpreting them through modern expressionism and impressionism.
I graduated from Fine Art High School in Poland, in the field of textile art. Profession: Visual arts. Specialty: Functional Design. That's where my love for painting began.
I didn't paint at all until I was in my mid 30s. With so much more life experience and love of painting still on my mind, I decided to turn my dream of becoming a professional artist into reality.
I discovered my unique art style which was noticed by the VOGUE magazine. One of my vibrant New York cityscapes called RAIN IN NEW YORK was featured in 100th edition of VOGUE Magazine.This gave me the confidence to continue with my unique style of painting. And focus on the wonders of cityscapes and landscapes from around the world
