Hi Adrian, The print arrived a little later than expected - but that's the Welsh postal service ! but more seriously the cardboard tube was no longer entirely circular !. The crease in the cardboard extended across the print - but I'm hoping it won't prove serious, as I immediately put it between flat sheets and some weights. Obviously the print would need to flaten after being tightly rolled for a few days and I'm hoping the creasing will disappear. Apart from the 'problem' - I am delighted with the print. John.

Thanks John Very disappointed that the tube was damaged and therefore the print is suffering damage consequently. If you have any images perhaps you can send them to me via Artfinder I will then contact Parcelforce to see whether they will compensate I would suggest a possible fix of, you will need to be careful on this though. a clean lightly misted tea towel so there is a slight dampness there placed on the back of the print which is face down on a clean flat surface then a piece of hardboard or similar that’s as big as the paper with several large books to weigh it down it does need to be even weight across the board leave overnight and it should be fine in the morning - I am annoyed that it didn’t have far to travel from Cardigan to Tregaron and chose parcel force to deliver but rest assured I will ensure that you do receive a reprint if this doesn’t work.

Adrian was great to deal with and very patient and good with communication when we had some shopping issues because of a customs hold up. The art looks super - very effective when framed as a series. Thanks Adrian!
