I used Acrylics on this painting , i covered the canvas first with a thick layer of acrylic paint , i love working with textures, i then began working on the painting of the woman , she wears dark glasses to hide her fallen feelings of climbing the ladder of love and losing....the paper chains that she holds are fragile like her , but not broken , the dog, her loyal friend remains close by her side , the sky is blue , all is not lost .
