The Call of The Wild is my new series of abstract floral natural botanical pieces. Each piece is painted intuitively from my imagination, each with its own personality and individuality, they capture the beauty and energy of Nature that lies all around us. A little place to loose yourself, at least for a little while. This piece is a large square panel framed in a beautiful wooden stained white frame.


Last Light, the end of the day beckons a beautiful sunset fills this piece, with beautiful wildflowers sit gently in shadow in the foreground. This piece is as ever painted from imagination in a intuitive, organic, lose way. Beautiful cool and warm colours, with vibrant pops of red for the wild poppies. - Framed in a beautiful white wood frame, the front isn't covered with glass (so you won't lose the textures behind glass) the back of the frame has a back board
- Hanging fixtures are also attached to the back
- Painted in mixed media of Inks and Fluid Acrylics, finished with a resin layer
- The resin layer gives the piece phenomenal depth of both colour and textures
- Measures 16" x 16" (17" x 17" in frame)
