Artwork description:

I created this screenprint from photos I took along the Gowanus Canal, a historic industrial area in Brooklyn, New York. This print shows the S.W. Bowne Grain Storehouse which was built in 1886. Along with other warehouses by the canal it was part of a flourishing shipping industry that shipped goods around the world. I like the mix of graffiti and brick and the different colors and textures of the wall. See more photos at @gowanuslink on Instagram. Orders to the U.S. are shipped flat with a custom mat for framing.
