'Ringbuoy' is a pencil drawing inspired by a beach found at Ballycotton in the east coast of Ireland. The drawing is based on a number of photographs taken on site and sketches made in situ. There are two ways into the drawing, one is the entrance into a cave of unknown depth and the other follows a path created by the rocks. The drawing wishes to question reality in a lighthearted way, through the use of contrasting colour in the cave entrance and the ringbuoy above.
The drawing is sold unframed at 18 x 36 cm.
Frame is available upon request. Please contact me for details.
