Desert Days - Artist Statement
Burning air. Knackered birds and bees. Flowers and plants seemingly melt into each other. The fragments of a paranoid world.
Getting under the skin of this desolate world brings up stories and the intrigues, the love, the drama and the sense of loss and hope.
This collection features an eclectic amalgam of native and overseas flora cohabiting in Britain.
Created using ambient light, flash, and occasionally ND filters. Colour graded in Lightroom. FujiX100V.
