I painted this small watercolour artwork on January 1st, focussing on my plans and wishes for the new year.
Now as slowly our lifes are turning to more attivity I decided to post this artwork with its spirit of renewal and rebirth.
Through my artwork I want to transfer the positive energies I perceived while painting outside, at the Coast of the Italian Riviera.
I intend to transmit my joyful and meditative process to the viewer.
The painting has been created while I was confronting the dynamic power of the Mediterranean Sea and enjoying the fascinating colors as well as the vibrant light of Liguria.
Its colors represent a combination of the deep violet blue sea, meeting the orange red sunset, shimmering in the golden light.
So I hope this artwork will inspire you, transporting vitalizing energies of nature.
