The artwork is from the collection "Indian women portraits". The series of oil paintings where I would love to show the beauty of Indian women on my canvas.

To create this artwork I was inspired by a book ¨Shantaram¨. It's about India. Have you ever read it ? It's my favourite book. After reading it, I fell in love with that country, those people, that way of living and thinking, that lifestyle and that culture.

This portrait is created in oil on cotton canvas on a stretcher.
