The most important thing in travel is memories, experiencing pleasant moments through viewing photos, re-reading diary entries, in-depth study of the history and culture of the places you have visited. And among artists, their impressions materialize in their works - sketches, sketches, paintings.
There are cities as cities, and there are cities - cultural codes. Venice, it seems to me, belongs to the second option. There it beckons, pulls, attracts, in the depths of the soul, probably everyone. This is a certain message, a certain myth. I decided to plunge into it.
The endless sea, the immense sky and small islands - this is what fate has endowed with Venice.
Venice is located on 118 islands, it is crossed by 150 canals, through which about 400 bridges are thrown. Each of them is individual, each is waiting for its own artist. The canals of Venice are a kind of "streets" that do not so much divide as they unite the numerous islands on which the city stands.
Amazing, isn't it? There is no such city anywhere else in the world!
And travel is also a way to gain impressions and images for inner work, well, and feed on the energy of the place. There are cities that leave a mark in the heart, to which you want to return again and again.
One of these cities for me personally was Venice with its unique flavor!
