Original artwork description:

In this painting two portraits have been represented.The most important been the Golden Princess painted in a full view with her Golden hat,and ornaments.The other portrait which happens to be one of her subjects is painted in a side view.Around the Golden Princess and her subordinate are royal ornaments like golden pots and jars with handles .These jars have been shaped like the curves of a woman with the handle looking like the hands.The long neck of the jars have been adorned with traditional Maasai beaded necklace.The Maasai is a tribe living in East Africa particularly Kenya and Tanzania.They live along the borders of these two countries.The application of yellow and white tints on the dominant blue
shades give the painting a golden effect.
