This painting is inspired by impressionism. Summer day on a sun terrace. The sun's shadows reflect off the floor. Cup of morning coffee. In this picture, I am fascinated by the play of light, when the world is in mobility and changeability. It is very difficult to fix the states of light, because the light is constantly changing. I had to wait a long time for a certain time when the sun would shine on the terrace in order to paint this light.
