After having lived in capital cities for over 20 years I moved to the quiet Swedish country side in 2022. What a change of scenery! I am now surrounded by forests and vegetation. I love taking my pochade box and finding a quiet place in the landscape to paint. This is a view from the path behind the cottage where I live. I like the contrast between the harshness of the rock and the fluidity of the feathery adjacent grass slope.
