The bespoke wood frame is painted a soft white with an inner painted slip.
The artwork is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity signed and dated by artist.
I only use artist grade paints and materials in my artwork.
All my frames are bespoke for each painting.
SHIPPING
The painting is shipped wrapped in several layers of protective materials before being placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
I always send my artworks by tracked courier for extra security.
ABOUT THE PAINTING
A recent week long stay on the Isle of Lewis gave the opportunity to fill a sketchbook with colour studies. Then back in the studio I can use these as reference for larger paintings.
This loch is called Loch Valdos and is just down the narrow road from the lodge where we were staying.
Lewis is a beautiful wild place and I hope to have expressed some of this in the painting.
