This large painting is about being near the ocean. How it positively affects our mood, our mental health and well-being. Growing up near the sea and spending much time by the seaside as a child has created many happy memories where I can tune in and feel that calmness. We can connect to that special place when we find time to be still. Living in London now, I long to be close to water because I know how it makes me feel and what it creates inside of me.
