Original artwork description:
Pretty Corner, located on the outskirts of Sheringham, is a patchwork woodland and heathland and boasts a range of broadleaf trees including very old and gnarled oak, beech and sweet chestnuts. I painted this scene after a camping trip to West Runton, during which I enjoyed walks, stopping frequently to make studies, along the various trails through the Pretty Corner woods.
