Artwork description:

Following the call of the North, in autumn 2022, on board of my van "Cosmos", I drove up to the northernmost lands of the European continent, far beyond the Arctic Circle.

For about two months I vagabonded through marvellous and pristine landscapes in one of the less inhabited areas in Europe, exploring its most recessed corners and getting inspired and struck by the magic shades of light that can be only found at certain latitudes.

The result is a photographic project on the road, a collection of over 70 pure landscape photos of the "arctic" places I visited above the 66th parallel.

In this shot you can see a very bright Aurora Borealis, the eternal symbol of the Arctic landscapes, capable of projecting you on an extraordinary and celestial journey among the mysteries of the northern lights.
