This is a colour abstracted rendering of Lac Blanc, high above Chamonix In the French Alps. It is an ink and pen study.
We used to walk up to lac Blanc from the flegère lift during the summer. There was almost always some snow left high up. It was the best picnic spot, the view over to Mont Blanc was something else.
