Golden Flowers is a 20"x20" oil and cold wax painting on cradled wood. Adding cold wax to oil paint in a 50/50 mix allows such wonderful textures and an almost sculptural feel while creating. I have added gold paint to create an unexpected pop of light when the sun or room lighting shines on the painting.
