Semi-Abstract Mixed media painting “Foggy Dartmoor” by Galina Zimmatore. This painting is inspired by the colours and moods of beautiful ever-changing early morning on Dartmoor. Dartmoor is a National park in the South West of England. To create the scene of magical Nature in the morning hours I use subtle shades of red, yellow, and violet. It would be a great gift for any occasion or for someone who really appreciates Mother Nature in its raw glory.
My idea for the painting came from many visits to this fairy-tale place and the name of the painting reflects the essence of the changing aspects of this unique environment. The transformation of the painting can be seen step by step on my youtube channel - GalinaZ_Artist
I have used Artist quality acrylic paints on a high-quality wooden panel. No need for framing. Final finish is with acrylic varnish for protection from UV sunlight and dust. Ideal for interior display in your home, business or as a personal gift.
