A bank of snowdrops which have spread through a neglected woodland. They have grown around fallen logs and branches without the help of any gardener. It is based on an actual site in the Washburn Valley, near Leeds where only a few stones remain of the house from which the snowdrops were planted but the flowers spread further every year.
Copper plate, black and Prussian blue etching ink, ferric chloride
