This painting is of a creek on the campus of Berea College in Kentucky. Brushy Fork of Silver Creek is a popular place for a picnic lunch or a hike on trails that surround it. I painted this piece during a record-breaking snow in Kentucky when I was dreaming of spring and one of my favorite places to visit.
