Original artwork description:

Painting worked from free improvisation. Action painting with music from Supersubmarina.

Listening to the fantastic song "Of infinite doubts" on a loop, this work built in multiple layers is developed.
The new covers the old but always leaves its trace. As in the life of a person or as in the evolution of a species. We only see the present moment but many things have happened previously that, in some way, are there.

We adapt to the environment and move forward, everything disappears but leaves its legacy in our genetics and our culture.

Gestural and intuitive painting, which lets unforeseen things happen, accepts the accident and takes advantage of it.

The need to tell things, to leave a mark, to understand the world, which is always modern and ancient.

Nothing matters much... Working with a lost gaze...

Materials used:

acrylic, gesso, pigments, charcoal, wax, graphite
