Original artwork description:

oil on canvas in a simple black tray frame.

A work adapted from a background of colours in which layers are left visible underneath.

The phrase 'Butterfly Effect', after which this painting is titled is a concept in which small changes in initial conditions can lead to large-scale and unpredictable variation in the future outcome.... The concept is imagined with a butterfly flapping its wings and causing a typhoon. The original idea comes from meteorological study of weather and climate but has been re-imagined in various forms of popular culture, in particular writing and films.

I am always intrigued by how differently we see things and how we express those reactions. Using subjects sourced from cinema and popular culture my works explore human reaction and empathy on a personal level. Expressive use of colour and textures, dialogues and composition engage the viewer in a personal moment with the subject.

The painting is shipped framed and ready to hang with fixtures on the back of the frame (the frame can be removed if required). It is signed on the back of the canvas. Paintings are securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number.
The artist has shipped work to collectors in the UK, Europe, US, and Australia
