The use of Light and Dark, and contrasting colours to reflect emotion is my favourite, or only way to paint.

This piece depicts the fusion between the two distinct feelings. They can be very separate, yet so changeable and erratic that they can also occur at the same time, and reflect in each other.  When I feel good, I feel really ecstatic and the world is a wonderful place, as depicted by the sweeping and energetic vibrance across the the canvas. In contrast there are often thoughts or memories where more sombre and isolated moods creep in, as reflected in other darker areas of the piece.

This painting is on artist quality slimline cotton canvas, and stretched with strong wooden bars. With painted sides and varnish it is ready to go with no need for a frame. There is a signature on the front and on the reverse is the Title, a date and signature. All my works are accompanied with a unique Certificate of Authenticity.

All my works are gently and individually packaged and their protection is reinforced with strong cardboard packaging to secure safe passage. Paintings are sent tracked, and a signature is requested upon delivery.
